Globe Valve Repair
and Maintenance
After initially cleaning the valve with pressurized water, we disassemble it into individual parts. The crucial components, such as the shaft and cap, are reconstructed if necessary through machining, and we offer various cap designs to our customers for more precise results based on process requirements. If there are any necessary weld fillings in the valve body, we perform them, and clean the surface through milling.
We inspect the springs in the actuator section and replace them with new ones if necessary. If there is any wear on the diaphragm, we replace it with a new one. After sandblasting, applying primer and final coating according to the standards, we conduct a pressure test and then package the product to deliver it to our esteemed customers.
