Ball Valve Repair
and Maintenance
After cleaning the valve with pressurized water, we disassemble it into individual parts. The crucial components, such as the shaft and ball, are reconstructed if necessary through machining. If there are any necessary weld fillings in the valve body, we perform them, and clean the surface through milling. We replace the seals on both sides of the ball and the gaskets and O-rings on the shaft with new ones.
To account for dimensional changes over time in the body and ball, we measure and customize the gasket accordingly, adjusting it to fit the valve. After sandblasting and applying primer and final coating, we conduct a pressure test in accordance with the standards. Finally, we package the product and deliver it to our valued customers.
